The exchange or return is accepted and effected under the following conditions:
Send an email to to request the exchange or return within 15 days after receiving your request.
The exchange of a model for a more suitable size is subject to stock availability.
The product must be returned in new condition and without any signs of use within 15 days of receipt of the order, it must be returned in its original packaging with all its components.
For the Return simply send the product to the following address, Rua Dom Diogo de Sousa, nº113, 4700-444 Braga. The cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer, Lovely Arcade Unip LDA assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage occurred when sending the pair.
After receiving the product and verified its good condition will be returned the amount paid by bank transfer. In this sense, you should make your bank details available to the email
